Background

Fluent Motion is a boutique firm that has been offering advising services in Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Training, Auditing, and Health Governance for over 24 years.

We’ve served almost every industry - from healthcare and construction to aviation and utilities. My role involves designing and delivering training programs, and I work with clients who rely on us to provide innovative, tailored solutions. Much of our training is safety- and compliance-related, which is essential but often complex to deliver in a way that’s both legislatively sound and engaging for learners.

The Challenge

Before Courseau, we created training programs one PowerPoint slide at a time. It was extremely time-consuming, resource-heavy, and difficult to scale. These limitations meant we couldn’t expand our offerings as much as we wanted, and in turn, our clients had fewer training options available to them.

With the upcoming redesign of our website, I knew we needed to broaden our reach and scale the innovative training we had the expertise to develop, but we needed the right platform to support that vision.
